Are you still open?
Our retail store is closed until further notice, in accordance with Ministry of Health restrictions.

Can I still order online?
Yes, our online shop is still open 24/7 - all our in-stock products are available online.
If you have a parish/school account with us, you can also sign up with your parish/school email and place orders on-account with us.
Please be assured that orders will be processed as soon as we are able to.
I ordered a customised candle...
Will I still be able to get my candle in time?
We have placed all candle orders on hold until we reopen.
But the date has changed/postponed! What do I do?
Please let us know as soon as you can! Email us at email@example.com and we will make the necessary changes, or put your order on hold as needed.
But the event was cancelled - can I cancel my order?
If the event has been cancelled, we're happy to cancel your candle order. Please let us know as soon as possible, as this gives us time to work on other orders.
My parish needs less altar breads this month...

Is Mass on at the Cathedral?
The Catholic Diocese of Auckland has made a Mass live-stream available for those who are unable to attend mass.
Do you sell hand sanitiser?
We don't sell hand sanitiser, but we have some available at the counter for customers to use.
