Each day of the retreat:
- After reading the day’s meditation in MARY’S MANTLE CONSECRATION, pick up this journal.
- Begin with a couple of minutes of prayer. This is critical—quiet your spirit and take time to communicate with God.
- Answer the journal's questions and reflect on the insights provided. These include:
- Scripture passages
- Wisdom from saints
- Guidance to explore and apply the day’s virtue or gift in your life
